Before I am an artist, I consider myself a theorist, philosopher and my very own psychologist. The subjects that I choose to paint, are intended to communicate the dynamic of my psychological structure, to share personal beliefs/theories and to illustrate my observations of society. It is my goal to express my thoughts and beliefs in a visually shocking and emotionally impacting manner... while maintaining enough subtlety for viewers to find their own reflection. I paint exactly how I feel, while holding my body of work as no guideline or reference. This has resulted in my wide range..and while I was once insecure about my versatility, I now embrace it... as it offers me freedom to communicate exactly what I am feeling, in that single point in time.
